Step into Dream Spa

Dream Spa is all about relaxation and tranquillity. Give yourself the opportunity to relax and change if required before commencing, by arriving a good 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. If you are late, please note that your treatment time may be shortened to ensure that all treatments for clients for the rest of the day run on time.

Salon Cancellation Policy

Reservations for more than one hour will be held by a credit card number or gift voucher number. As a courtesy to our many guests and limited availability, we require a minimum of 24 hous notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged 50% of the treatment value booked, or your gift voucher being fully redeemed.

Paying for your treatment

Dream Spa accepts cash, EFTPOS and all major credit cards.

Children

Please arrange for child care prior to your visit.

Comfort, Safety & Hygiene

Dream Spa is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels or for certain treatments, a bath robe. We observe and maintain the highest of health standards and use only thoroughly sterilised and sanitised equipment.

Attire

Underwear or bathers are required for all body treatments and services in wet areas including spa treatments. We will provide you with disposable underwear where appropriate.

Gift vouchers

Dream Spa gift vouchers can be used for any of the treatments featured in this guide.

Mobile phones

We kindly request that you switch off your mobile phone before arriving, for your benefit and as a courtesy to others.

Timing & duration of treatments

We make every endeavour to keep treatments to their allotted time, however we advise that timing and order of treatments for packages in particular are approximate.

Valuables

We take no responsibility for loss or damage of your property. If you’re staying with us for a while, give yourself complete peace of mind while you’re here, and leave your valuables at home.
