How do I make an appointment for a treatment?
You can call our Spa Reception on 9301 2269 or email info@dreamspa.com.au. For your convenience bookings can also be made online at our website www.dreamspa.com.au or Facebook.

How do I pay for my treatment?
Dream Spa accepts cash, VISA and Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards.

When should I arrive for my treatment?
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time to get changed and relax. If it is your first time at Dream Spa, please allow further time to register.

What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will unfortunately limit the time of your treatment, therefore reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment needs to end on time so that the next client is not delayed.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?
As a courtesy to all our clients, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of treatments. Any cancellations after the required time, or any failure to attend an appointment, will result in your gift voucher being fully redeemed or a liability of 50% of the treatment value. Reservations are subject to be held by a credit card number or gift voucher number.

Can I bring my Child?
Sorry we have no child care facilities. This is your time to relax and enjoy the pampering, please arrange for child care prior to your visit. 

What do I wear during my treatment?
Dream Spa is committed to making your visit as comfortable as possible. Rest assured your privacy is respected at all times either with towels, sarongs or, for certain treatments, a bath robe. You may wear your own underwear or we can provide disposable underwear where appropriate.

Do you offer Gift Vouchers?
Gift Vouchers are very popular and are available starting at $50 or for a specific treatment. They can be purchased online at our website www.dreamspa.com.au or by ringing or visiting our Reception, and can be posted or emailed as preferred. Dream Spa Gift Vouchers are redeemable up to 1 year after purchase.

What about my mobile phone and other valuables?
For your relaxation we request that you turn off or turn your phone to silent. Your belongings will normally be in the treatment room with you. Dream Spa can take no responsibility for any loss or damage. For complete peace of mind, we suggest you leave your valuables at home.
